Return Policy
RETURN POLICY (MALAYSIA)
All returns, refunds, and exchanges shall be made in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy as updated from time to time. Please read our terms and conditions below.
(1)Defective, Damaged or Mismatched Items - For items that are defective, damaged, faulty, materially different from what was described, or do not match your order, you may submit a return or exchange request to maeglobalofficial@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. Please provide your personal or member details, proof of delivery and/or tracking number, order details, and clear photos or video of the item.
(2)Return Process - Upon approval of your request, return the product in new, unused condition and in its original packaging, complete with all tags and labels, to 22-1, Jalan OP 1/3, Bandar Puchong Jaya, 47160 Puchong, Selangor during business hours. Return and exchange delivery costs are borne by you, unless the return arises from our error or a product defect.
(3)Conditions for Return - We reserve the right to refuse any returned product and reject the refund or exchange if the product is not in new, unused, and resaleable condition, or is not returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact. The Company reserves the right to refuse returned products and reject the exchange if items are not returned in new, unused condition and in their original packaging.
(4)Purchases Eligible for Refund - Only products purchased through our Malaysia platform or authorised Malaysia agents are eligible for refund or exchange under this policy. Refunds will be made in Ringgit Malaysia only, less any applicable handling or administrative charges at RM35 or as published on our platform from time to time.
(5)Amendment - We reserve the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
