DELIVERY POLICY (MALAYSIA)

Delivery fees and lead times vary depending on your location and product availability.

(1)Delivery is made to the address specified in your order.

(2)The Company may use third-party couriers or service providers to handle delivery.

(3)Orders are processed within 3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, but times may vary.

(4)Multiple orders to the same name and address on the same day may be shipped together in one parcel.

(5)A signature is required upon delivery. If no one is available, please follow the courier's instructions for collection or redelivery.

(6)If delivery cannot be completed due to your fault (e.g., wrong address or no one to receive), the Company may charge a redelivery fee, cancel the order, or resell the item and recover any losses.

(7)Delivery within Malaysia is free (no minimum order). International shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
